Allied Alarms - Timaru

Allied Alarms Ltd is a family owned and operated business. One of our existing Directors founded the company in 1983. We are a specialist security/fire alarm and data technology installation business, based in Timaru, New Zealand. We have a large and committed base of customers throughout Canterbury, Otago and the greater South Island.

We have a total staff of twenty-one, with staff based in Timaru, Oamaru and Wanaka. We have recently opened a branch office in Frederick Street, Wanaka.

We are one of the largest security companies operating in the South Island and have committed and valued staff that perform with diligence and integrity.

Designing custom solutions for both commercial and residential properties we install security systems, fire alarms, camera surveillance, electronic locking systems, monitoring services, automated gates as well as data and communication installations. We work within an industry that is constantly evolving and changing, electronics are a significant portion of our products and it is essential to stay up to date. At a local and national level, compliance requirements are continually amended, health and safety, Building Act regulations, and export security requirements become more stringent. At a regional level people want to keep their families and businesses safe.
